Kleinfelder, Inc. is Hiring an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist Near Atlanta, GA
Step into Your New Role
- Contacting clients
- Daily review of the outstanding Accounts Receivable
- Facilitating refunds, account adjustments, short payment issues, and where to put unapplied cash
- Researching and analyzing assigned client accounts prior to initiating client contact working with Project Administrators, Project Managers, the management team, and the Billing Center
- Compiling data, including client financial information, and preparing monthly activity reports, and periodically, more specialized reports for management
- Performing other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable and Collections Department.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience is required; designated department experience and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations preferred.
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Superior data entry skills
- Ability to follow procedures under minimal supervision, but willing to ask questions when something is unclear
- Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry is preferred
- Additional consideration will be given to candidates who have experience in Deltek Vision, experience with mechanics liens, and/or assessing credit risk of new clients.
