Primary roles will be customer service, Assist President, Marketing, Sales & Social team with a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for International sales team
• Respond to customer inquiries daily
• Field customer phone calls
• Assist President
• New item set up forms
• Dropbox liaison
• Help "engage" on social media accounts

Skills

• Work experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Proficient with MS Office
• Good organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to thrive in fast pace environment
• Bonus - if you have a hair stylist background or enjoy beauty products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
