Kenneth D. Eichner, P.C. is Hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant Near Houston, TX

This is not an entry-level position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients;
  • Prepare new client agreements from our templates
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate staff member;
  • Aid in maintaining our webpage;
  • Aid in Prepare client invoices using Timeslips;
  • Possibly Entering payments using QuickBooks;
  • Research, price, and purchase supplies;
  • Support management and staff on project-based work;
  • Collections, skip tracing, and monitoring the collection of lawsuits;
  • Minor legal research;
  • Assist outside attorney with filing of lawsuits and preparation of legal documents;
  • Filing and other as-needed tasks;
  • Coordinate office orientation for new hires;
  • Report information to credit bureau;
  • Aid in designing the company's newsletters; and
  • Entering payables into QuickBooks.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years administrative/clerical experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammar skills;
  • Time-management skills and the ability to multi-task;
  • You MUST be able to organize well;
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office and Windows Files Explorer;
  • Ability to learn new software;
  • Associate's degree or better preferred;
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus;
  • Paralegal is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Timeslips, Ecco Pro and/or QuickBooks is a plus;
  • Keyboard requirement – minimum 55 words per minute;
  • Ten Key – by touch minimum 10,000 Keystrokes per Hour;
  • Company policy requires all applicants to test for basic computer, grammar & 10 key skills, and for some bookkeeping skills; and
  • Company may perform a background check on applicant.
