They identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and produce, distribute, and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's ongoing business needs. This role will be responsible for auditing Vendor Master Data input by the offshore team, which includes reviewing required documentation for accuracy and communicating necessary changes to offshore and onshore teams. In addition, this role will assist with data cleansing and ongoing departmental projects. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, the ability to assert the company’s Compliance Policy, answer a high volume of emails, and communicate tactfully and assertively. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite at our Customer's Woodland Hills, CA location.
What You’ll Do:
Audit Vendor Master profile creations and modifications
Guide offshore team
Serve as liaison between offshore AP and business units
Provide training to the offshore Accounts Payable team
Advise internal business users across all the company business units in the US
Train new BUs on processes/procedures for Vendor Master requirements
Perform special projects tasks when needed
Must Haves:
1-2 years of Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) and Accounts Payable experience
Excellent Excel skills, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet
Ability to investigative prowess to research queries
Concise and respectful communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team collaborator in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Address requests and queries in a timely fashion
Ability to work under time constraints
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, including business unit Executives
Ability to keep the information confidential
Self-motivated and extremely well organized
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week . This role will be a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite at our Customer's Woodland Hills, CA location.
