- Manage full cycle accounts payable process: code, enter, void/edit and pay invoices on time and accurately
- Generate check runs and match checks; prepare for mailing
- Conduct audits on all statements
- Keep excellent records; Update system, file all documents.
- Research and resolve billing issues; contact vendor and resolve outstanding issues
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating and analyzing documentation
- Maintains vendor relations and communicates any issues to other necessary departments
- Facilitate approval
- Customer credit references/applications
- Data input and 10 key by touch
