Responsible for supervising the accounts payable function within the organization, including overseeing the processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments. Ensure that all payments are made accurately and on time, while adhering to company policies and procedures. Lead and mentor a team of accounts payable clerks, providing training, guidance, and support as needed. Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain positive vendor relationships. Monitor and analyze accounts payable metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Must have:
5 years of AP experience
Supervisory experience
Able to go into office 4 days a week.
