They identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.
We are seeking a Specialist, Accounts Payable on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. The essential functions of this position include auditing, cataloging, and validating a high volume of tax forms to ensure completeness. This role is a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Woodland Hills, CA.
What You’ll Do:
Research, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to incomplete tax form discrepancies
Effectively communicate clear and concise instructions verbally and in writing
Take the initiative, multi-task, and remain flexible with changing priorities
Must Haves:
A minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
Understanding of accounting concepts
Understanding tax reporting regulations
Knowledgeable of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) W9 and W8 series forms
Detail oriented and self-motivated
Adaptability skills
The ability to collaborate with a team
Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Windows experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook email software
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Woodland Hills, CA.
