We are a pediatric office looking for an Office Manager. We are looking for a "people person" with a warm and friendly personality. Must LOVE kids of course! We need someone who is an efficient multi-tasker with professional customer service skills. This position requires someone who is reliable, dedicated and detailed oriented. This position has growth potential for the right individual. Leadership qualities are a must!
Some responsibilities:
- Management of auxiliaries
- Ability to train-up and motivate team members
- Monthly / Annual tracking of metrics for growth
- Treatment planning
- Insurance breakdowns
- Claims processing and follow-up
- Marketing to GP’s and pediatricians
- Patient check out
- Scheduling
- Answering phones
The perfect candidate must have 1-2 years experience in a leadership role in the dental office. Additionally, candidate also have dental treatment plan experience, insurance knowledge with PPOs, great customer service skills and a team player attitude. We are open 4 days a week from 8:30 to 5:30. We will offer medical insurance, scrubs and PTO once you are eligible.
