Position: Medical Assistant for Cosmetic Office
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Employment Type: Part-time

Compensation: $20/hour-$23/hour (Depending on Experience)
Plus: $500 BONUS after 12 months

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Front and Back Office Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of back-office experience and a passion for assisting our Surgeon with minor cosmetic procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a renowned cosmetic office and contribute to our mission of empowering patients.

Responsibilities:

Front Office Position:

• Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Prepare quotes and explain aftercare instructions
• Assist in patient rooming procedures

Back Office Position:

• Room patients and take vital signs accurately
• Assist the doctor during procedures with efficiency and attentiveness
• Provide clear aftercare instructions to patients
• Update patient information in Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Schedule:
Approximately 1-2 Saturdays per month
7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Start Date:
May 11, 2024

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
• Experience assisting in surgical procedures is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience
