WE'RE GROWING! We are looking to hire a DA for our pediatric dental practice.

RDA responsibilities:

• Assist our doctors’ chairside through all general dental and ortho procedures.
• Taking digital x-rays, intra and extraoral photos (ability to educate patients from what is seen in x-rays/photos).
• Take impressions .
• Sterilize instruments and turn rooms.
• Order supplies within budget.
• Assist in comprehensive exams chairside ( B.P, medical and dental history ).
• Input treatment plan in order of procedures and time frames.
• Post-op follow-ups for extensive cases.
• Attend team huddles and educational events.
• Other duties as assigned. 

DA Requirements:

• 8 hour Infection Control/OSHA CE 
• Additional certificates such as X-ray license, Coronal Polishing, Sealant Application a plus!
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).
• Versed in dental software.
• Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
