Branch Manager / Business Development Manager Wanted

Kaminskiy Care & Repair is on a growth trajectory and expanding into the Orange County area. We are in need of a talented Branch Manager / Business Development Manager to oversee our Dallas operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the home improvement or related industry and past knowledge of starting and operating a business.

The Branch Manager / Business Development Manager will serve as the lead estimator and also be responsible for generating new business to keep up to 10 field technicians busy in a profitable way.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the home improvement industry working in a similar capacity
• Understanding of the construction estimation and how long it takes to complete typical tasks
• Love to engage people and make connections
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Live in Orange County area
• Ability to lead people to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to build teams and develop top class talent
• Sales, marketing and business development skills
• Passion for growth and drive to achieve goals/numbers

Pay: Combination of base and bonus pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
