Job Details
Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire e-billing process, from the creation of new matters to the final invoicing and payment.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of electronic invoices to various e-billing sites.
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal assistants to ensure all billable hours are accurately recorded and included in client invoices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any e-billing issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain and update client and matter setups in the e-billing system
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile e-billing accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide training and support to attorneys and legal assistants on the e-billing system and processes.
• Continuously review and improve e-billing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or similar.
• 1 year of legal billing experience at a mid to large-sized law firm.
• Electronic billing, ebilling, e-billing experience.
• Experience working with specialized accounting/billing software.
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate and follow instructions effectively from attorneys and staff and provide information with courtesy and tact.
• Proficiency in the use of spreadsheet applications including Excel.
• Strong numeric aptitude and attention to detail.
