Senior Analyst, Compensation
The Senior Compensation Analyst will assist in the design, development, administration and implementation of compensation programs, policies, structures and practices for the organization. This individual will participate in compensation surveys, prepare reports, perform research and analysis, support updates within our HRIS systems, and assist with the coordination and implementation of annual compensation activities. The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for working closely with Senior HR Leads and Business Leads across the organization to promote best practices in the design, communication and administration of Reward policies and programs offered to JLL employees to attract and engage the best talent in the marketplace.
What this job involves
JLL is currently seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst within our Human Resources team. This role operates in a fast-paced and fluid environment within the JLL Reward team supporting our global business lines.
This role will be responsible for:
Partnering with Leadership and HR
Proactively develop and foster collaborative working relationships with key clients and stakeholders that will include Business Leaders across our client services organization.
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor through your understanding of their business and compensation expertise to enable the development of solutions that support thestrategicbusiness needs.
Drive Reward Strategy Through Design, Implementation and Administration of Reward Plans and Programs
Support compensation initiatives to implement, develop and administer compensation programs within multiple regions or business units that support the business strategy of the assigned group(s).
Help evaluate the competitiveness of the compensation plans by compiling and analyzing statistical data from internal and external market sources. Formulate recommendations regarding salary ranges and incentive structures for specific jobs and development of company/practice salary structures.
May lead complex projects over multiple business units or regions. Serve as a subject matter expert.
Provides counsel to HR and Business leadership on compensation issues related to company pay structures, pay change recommendations, new hire offers, wage and hour regulations, policy/procedure interpretation, incentive programs, etc.
Evaluate and advise on industry trends
Proactively monitor the compensation industry and changes that that might affect JLL's Compensation initiatives, identify and make recommendations to reward partner for action.
Research and recommend innovative solutions to complex issues
Manage year-end compensation administration
Support the process with HR and senior management to determine methodology and approach to be followed in year-end pay administration. This includes budget analysis and recommendations, modeling results, and setting up the compensation support tool to comply with methodology and budgets agreed upon. Review and analyse results.

Minimum Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources or business related field preferred.
5 years of corporate compensation experience designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation and incentive plans.
Experience developing and managing compensation programs - global experience a plus.
Advanced knowledge of compensation statistics and metrics.
Strong PC skills (Word, PowerPoint &exceptionalExcelskills)
