Your opportunity
  • Proactive calendar management for 3 senior leaders across the US COO organization, including managing day-to-day schedules within multiple time zones, expense reports, and booking travel
  • Light to medium touch administrative support for other senior leaders across the Denver COO organization. Support may be requested to set up team meetings, booking meetings when the leader is traveling, ensuring completion of expense reports without incurring late fees, arranging external meetings, and other duties as required
  • Support for the Transfer Agency, including onboarding and offboarding of staff, helping to arrange training classes, and set up for new employees
  • Assisting colleagues visiting the Denver office from our other offices
  • Provide backup coverage of London COO leaders as requested
  • Assist with setup of COO, Tech, Ops, and other townhalls and team meetings as requested; including attending as many as possible to stay in the loop on what is going on across the larger org
  • Assist with COO team projects/tasks as requested
  • Being a ‘go-to’ person for all the COO teams to assist with questions colleagues may have (e.g., how to book travel, who to contact for assistance, etc.)
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 4:00pm
  • Additional duties as assigned

Must have skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to present clear written and verbal reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technologically Proficient: Being adept at using various software tools and applications to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity. Tools may include and are not limited to – Outlook, Teams (chats, channel management/organization), Excel, PowerPoint, ability to host Teams/Zoom video conferencing calls
  • Ability to proactively build relationships both internally and externally, acting as a real team player who enables success in a busy and dynamic team environment
  • Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills essential, with ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple demands, and be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective collaboration with colleagues to accomplish shared goals & tasks
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive to the needs of the team
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and find practical solutions independently or with minimal guidance
  • Support cross-departmental relationships (Distribution, Investments, Facilities, BCT, Legal, R&C, etc.)

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be posted until April 15, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
