Job Description
SNI Companies is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Denver on remote or hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of expense reports, appointment scheduling, and basic inventory management and experience supporting managers and executives for project-based work.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
• Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and staff
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately
• Maintain office supplies inventory, handle basic bookkeeping tasks, and assist with special projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Communications, Bookkeeping, or a related field
• 2-3 years of general administration and customer service support for a large to mid-sized company
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and preferably Concur, QuickBooks, or another accounting platform

This position pays $55,000 - $65,000 annually and offers full health, dental, and vision coverage as well as retirement plan matching, short-term disability, life insurance, and PTO.
