Your opportunity
As the Enterprise Technology Product Manager, your role will be to create and grow our products into something that our business will use daily. You’ll work with internal business leaders and stakeholders to determine what is working (or not), research and develop new features, own product initiatives, manage and prioritize roadmaps, and lead the product owners within your Agile development teams.
You will have accountability for the full product management lifecycle of a suite of products and the teams responsible for delivering it. This is a highly collaborative role, where success requires being able to get into the weeds with the product and development teams, as well as being able to influence and engage executive and internal Partners to deliver business value while creating internal products our business partners will love.
  • Establish and implement 18 to 24 month roadmaps for MDM and Analytics aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements and global business needs
  • Build relationships with business partners to ensure that product teams align with their needs and deliver business value regularly
  • Lead, develop and inspire product teams of Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, Architects and Testers
  • Ensure that product teams are following JHI standards and best practice in terms of agile, SDLC, security, architecture etc
  • Define objectives and key results to measure the success or failure of your teams
  • Prioritise, negotiate and remove blockers to success where the product teams are unable to resolve these
  • Deliver with a sense of urgency and based on priorities
  • Enable effective decision making by business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the different architecture functions to champion the use of right technology to deliver solutions and stay up-to-date with commercial solutions in the market
  • Serve as a thought leader, contributor, career guide and mentor to your teams
  • Contribute to cross function and cross company initiatives and ERGs
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
  • Proven experience working with product management / scaled agile
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • 4 years experience in Agile product management
  • 4 years financial services experience
  • Strong communication skills recognizing needs of different audiences
  • Creative problem solving, facilitation and analytical skills with the ability to understand business issues and convert these into technology solutions and vice versa
  • Strategic and tactical thinking
  • Strong quantitative background to enable data driven decision making
  • Collaborative / team player with the ability to navigate and influence the organisation
Nice to have skills
  • 3 years asset management experience preferably within Distribution (Sales and Marketing)
  • Experience with .Net application delivery and Azure cloud
  • Experience with vendor MDM solutions like Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP MDM
  • Experience with implementing solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, Alteryx, PowerBI and Tableau
  • Experience with implementing custom solutions using ChatGPT and other LLMs

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $185,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted until April 30, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
