We’re looking for a detail oriented & process minded person with strong communication skills. This role will work cross functionally with different teams to execute email and SMS campaigns with the opportunity to build or improve processes for greater scale and quality. 

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.

• Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Data Management and Quality:

• Oversee data hygiene and integrity within marketing databases.

• Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain high-quality data for segmentation and targeting.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics, providing insights into performance and opportunities for optimization.

• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, assess campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.

Process Optimization:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.

Requirements

• 0-4 years of professional experience

• Established written and communication skills

• Moderate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Comfortable in fast paced working environments 

• Local to Las Vegas with expectation to be in office each day
