We’re seeking a Program Director to support delivering world-class water and wastewater programs for our varied clients across the Americas, with focus in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City.
As a Program Director, you’ll be charged with leading and mentoring a team of highly qualified and motivated engineers and other technical staff, interacting directly with clients to develop and deliver technical water conveyance, wastewater, and water resourcing programs.
You’ll join a team of experts in water, and wastewater treatment technologies, conveyance, and pumping plant design, and will deliver challenging programs while serving clients and communities. You will help provide and sustain clean water resources for our clients around the world and have a hand in challenging today and reinventing tomorrow.
You’ll also be instrumental in the growth and development of our water business strategy and contribute immediately to our success. We’ll ask you to leverage your expertise to help us continue building our skills, knowledge, and resources to win and deliver complex programs. Your client and industry relationships will help us serve new clients, win new work, and position for upcoming opportunities. You’ll effectively lead and manage program teams throughout all phases of planning, execution, and closeout; consistent with both innovative and established program delivery models to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other contractual requirements.

The base salary range for this position is $275k to $350k and may fluctuate depending upon skills, experience, work location and additional factors, including relevant education and training.
