You formulate a plan and empower your team to provide clinical expertise to health care providers and patients helping them to improve patient outcomes. Your capacity to strategize, motivate clinicians, and elicit achievement makes you the right fit for a National Program Director role with Syneos Health. You will:

• Partner with Talent Acquisition in the identification, screening, interviewing and management of candidates qualified for all project team members.
• Responsible for overall strategy, working closely with client counterparts, to ensure employee engagement/retention, as well as program success and optimal patient experience.
• Work closely with client Leadership and across brand team to assure that business needs are in accordance with contract metrics and the optimal patient experience.
• Coaching and development for team members.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 7 years working within the pharma industry
• Three or more years of management experience
• Travel as required to support business needs and employee field activities

Desired Requirements:

• Master’s degree preferred
• Managing clinical educators team a plus
• Clinical experience strongly preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $191,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
