Job Title: Administrative Assistant 

Company: Jack Laurie Group Indianapolis 

Location: Indianapolis, IN 

Pay: $18 per hour 

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday -Friday

Job Description: 

We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From managing schedules to assisting with various projects, the Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining a smooth workflow.

 

Responsibilities: 

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department 

- Answer and direct phone calls professionally 

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages 

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed 

- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents 

- Schedule appointments and meetings 

- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence 

- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed 

 

Requirements: 

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 

- Excellent organizational and time management skills 

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Spanish Bi-lingual Preferred but not required
