Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their roofing needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the retail reroofing projects. Your strong sales skills, knowledge of roofing systems, and ability to deliver customer satisfaction will contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or changes.
Collaborate with the estimating team to provide accurate and competitive bids to clients.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure post-project follow-up and support.
Handle additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Requirements
OSHA certification or willingness to complete certification.
