The individual will be working in a small team that provides an opportunity for exposure to all areas of human resources. The individual will use tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.Duties and Responsibilities:• Administrative: Will provide general administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to creating and maintaining employee files, enrolling and terminating employee benefits, and assisting employees with general HR questions.• Employee Morale: Assist with social functions and other HR-sponsored activities.
