Ireland Home Based Services is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Evansville, IN
Ireland Home Based Services is currently looking for a full- time Administrative Assistant for our Evansville office.
The ideal candidate for this position is dedicated to providing excellent customer/client/employee service, is reliable, trustworthy, responsible as well as able to strictly observe confidentiality and privacy policies. In this role, you will be assisting in general office tasks in multiple departments. This could include, but is not limited to, processing payroll, reviewing billing, and processing incoming referrals.
The candidate we are looking for will have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work with a culturally diverse population, strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, can multi-task, and excellent organizational skills. Office experience is preferred. This position has an anticipated starting rate of $15.00/hour and would be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with the ability to be flexible with start and end times.
