Ultimate Staffing is hiring! We are looking for a great Customer Service Representative for a PART TIME positoin in Rockville. Hours are 12:00pm-6:00pm Monday through Friday. This position is fully in office and will pay $19-20 per hour. Military Veterans welcome!!!
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
· Interact with customers via email or phone to place orders, address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products or services.
· Identify customer needs and concerns, and proactively find solutions to meet their requirements.
· Exhibit clear and professional written and verbal communication, maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone in all interactions.
· Develop a strong understanding of our company's products to provide accurate and helpful assistance to customers.
· Provide information to customers about order status and product queries.
· Effectively manage multiple customer inquiries while meeting response time expectations.
· Educate customers on product features, benefits and best practices.
· Stay updated on product changes, process updates and industry trends to adapt to evolving customer needs.
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or customer service training is a plus.
· Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex issues.
· Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and digital communication tools.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage customer interactions.
· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and additional perform additional tasks as needed. Occasional overtime when necessary.
· May need to fill in if the other CSR is out for any reason.
