Insight Global is helping build out a Service Desk team for one a fortune 50 company within the food and quick service restaurant industry. Currently we would like to bring on 4 individuals in entry-level roles to help grow alongside a team and eventually move up into higher tier support positions.
This position will be onsite for the first 4-6 weeks so we can help provide quality training, and after training this will be a fully remote position. The majority of this person's responsibilities will be handling a wide variety of infrastructure and software related support. This is a Tier 1 support role, primarily helping handle calls, chat and tickets. On average this person will likely communicate and help support 35 individuals each day in navigating and resolving any incidents. We are looking for people with a growth mindset who want to learn a wide variety of networking, hardware, software, systems and related troubleshooting support.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Education or 6 months on internship, co-op or professional IT experience
Open to evening or night shift: We have 2 openings from Noon to 9PM and 2 openings from 3PM - 12PM
Great communicator and enjoys finding solutions to complex problems
