The Information Systems Supervisor is responsible for providing technical direction and support to staff by analyzing specific computer communication requirements.
Job duties for this position includes:
- Provide technical direction and support to staff
- Act as a liaison between customers and other COT teams.
- Monitor service desk tickets to ensure timely response and resolution.
- Submit recommendations to workgroups and teams pertaining to technology efforts.
- Asset Reporting and accounting measures
- Writes and publishes technical, process and user documentation.
- Customer service background
- Experience in computer hardware and software support, systems analysis, systems support, or computer operating systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven Leadership and Decision-Making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time Management
- Initiative
- Creative Thinking
