We are looking for an experienced and client-obsessed Strategic Account Manager to join the team supporting our most valuable client partnership. This person will work closely with the Sales Team on the account (pre-sales and post-sales) as well as with our broader strategy and execution teams including planning, creative, ad operations, and data science. What you’ll do: Customize, create and revise proposals informed by past performance and business intelligence. Brainstorm and request creative executions that will entice client while achieving KPIs. Communicate with key client stakeholders and liaise with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes. Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple mobile advertising campaigns simultaneously. Develop strategies for optimization and proactively identify opportunities for upsell and partner growth. Provide excellent customer service to client with clear communication, attention to detail and a positive drive for results. Requirements: 2 years of client facing experience in adtech or media agencies (planning, account management, sales); experience with digital advertising strategy, execution and/or ad operations. In depth understanding of digital media and consumer behavior Proven collaboration skills, with ability to achieve sales results Excellent communication, project management and customer service skills Experience in building and growing relationships Ability to use data to effectively tell a clear story Superior attention to detail, time management and communications skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple projects, meet all deadlines You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to translate marketer needs into compelling concepts and solutions BA/BS degree Team player who is willing to wear many hats About Aki: Founded in 2015 by mobile advertising veterans, Aki now has 150 employees with offices in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, LA, and Mexico City.
