Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in the photography industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving any issues they may have.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, striving for a positive resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and efficient customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
