Business Development Manager - Electrical Construction (Transmission / Distribution / Solar)

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electrical construction industry, with experience in transmission, distribution, and solar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the electrical construction industry
• Identify and qualify new opportunities
• Close deals
• Manage relationships with key customers and prospects
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential projects
• Track and report on progress against goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in the electrical construction industry
• Experience in transmission, distribution, and solar is preferred
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
