Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager at Infiniti of Beachwood, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. You will oversee all aspects of the sales process, from customer interactions to closing deals, and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This is a full-time, individual contributor role within the auto industry in Beachwood, Ohio.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, paid time off, and employee discounts on products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and training
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact with the customer to closing the sale
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Perform regular performance evaluations for sales team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto industry
- 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
