Our Internet Sales Manager will drive the department to respond to all Internet customer inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales. Other essential functions are listed below.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
• Generate appointments by means of proactive inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication. (Whether by phone, chat requests, by email or in person).
• Assists customers and sets sales appointments.
• Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the store.
• Checks emails, text, chatbot, crm leads frequently and responds to inquiries immediately.
• Communicates effectively with the sales team.
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Follow up with sold and unsold customers.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories etc. and their benefits to customers.
• Attends product and sales training as requested by the sales manager.
• Always maintains professionalism and a high level of customer service.
• Reliable attendance required.
