Sales Support Administrator

General Summary:
The Sales Support Administrator will function as a key member of our commercial team and will be accountable for performing a variety of administrative duties in support of our customers, patients, and business teams. This role will have regular interaction across all company departments, be well supported through formal training and direct coaching, and affords future career advancement opportunities into sales, customer service, and finance roles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a team setting, be well organized, have excellent communication skills, and display a strong drive for continuous improvement, challenging the status quo, and meeting business targets.
This position is located at our Beachwood, Ohio headquarters. A hybrid work schedule, consisting of 1-2 days per week of remote work, may be granted following an extended probationary and training period, provided both team and individual goals are met. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with existing customers and physicians through excellent communication via phone and email, responding quickly to inquiries.
• Receive and process patient prescriptions and sales orders, working directly with physicians through email, phone, and fax to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Evaluate patient medical histories and their insurance policies to determine purchase eligibility and appropriate sales workflow.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within our Salesforce CRM system.
• Provide customer assistance as needed, responding to email, website leads, and inbound phone calls, in support of device set up and operation.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate professionally via phone and e-mail.
• High attention to detail, possessing outstanding organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.
• Preferred: Prior experience in customer-facing roles, or background in health insurance.
