The IAA requires all new employee tobe fully vaccinated prior to employment. “Fully-Vaccinated” means therehave been two weeks since receiving the second (2nd) dose of thePfizer or Moderna Vaccine or the one (1) dose of the Johnson & Jonsonvaccine. New employees will be required to submit their vaccinationrecords upon day one of employment.
General Summary
It is the responsibility of the Parking Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional services to customers of the Parking Operations and of IAA. Uses independent judgment in resolving conflicts with Parking Operations and provides information to the traveling public. Works as a direct report to the GTC Manager but also will take directives from Parking Supervisors.
