We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to the overall success of our retail store.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Promote special offers and loyalty programs to customers
- Handle returns and exchanges following company policies

Skills:

- Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Proficient in phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques to drive revenue
- Familiarity with wireless sales for mobile devices is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features
- proficiency is advantageous for diverse customer interactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of retail math for calculating discounts and totals
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is beneficial
