Since 2020, we have successfully acquired three legacy businesses as part of our M&A growth strategy. Sweet Secrets Chocolate is a boutique confectionary business with an emphasis on corporate gifting. Imperial Foods is a national distributor of gourmet and specialty food items. Biedermann and Sons is a wholesale candle, candle accessories and gitware line found in retailers all across the US. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional products/services and providing top-notch customer experiences.
Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance with their inquiries, concerns, and requests. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation for excellence in service.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.
4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
7. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
8. Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
· Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
