BGSF is seeking contract to hire Customer Service Representative for our well-established insurance network client located in Naperville - growth potential!
· 4 -month contract to hire
· Required start date May 6, 1st day of training
· Hybrid training schedule - up to 6 weeks, Mondays are virtual, Tuesdays - Fridays are onsite, 800am - 430pm
· Hybrid work schedule after training - Mondays and Fridays work from home; Monday – Friday 800am - 430pm, 830am - 500pm or 900am - 530pm
· $18.00 - $20.00/hr, DOE
· Requires 1 years dental office front desk and/or dental or medical insurance call center experience; knowledge of insurance claims process; call metrics/hold time; communication skills; system savviness; stable employment history; Bilingual Spanish a major
· Virtual interview
· Acceptable background check, drug test and employment verification results, in addition to two favorable references required
· Offers expectation of hire with stability and longevity, mdv after 60 days, and full benefits upon hire
Duties and Responsibilities
· High volume customer service and claim related calls
· Submitting claims
· Making claims follow up calls
· Checking/verifying coverage
· Submitting appeals
· Billing
· Adhering to established metrics and goals - call volume, hold time
Highly Desired
· 1 years dental office front desk/dental or medical insurance call center experience
· Proven success in metrics-oriented environment
· Bilingual Spanish a major
· Knowledge of insurance claims and reimbursement practices - processing policies, deductibles, maximums
· Coordination of Benefits (COB)
· Terminology
· MS Office, system savvy
· Written and verbal communication skills
· High School Diploma or GED
