Your responsibilities will include promoting home warranty and energy-related products, all while delivering outstanding customer service through inbound sales calls. REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience (phone and sales experience is preferred)
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the office in Naperville, IL
- Flexibility to work during operational hours (between 7 am-7 pm, Monday to Friday)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound calls with outstanding customer service in a prompt manner
- Convert calls into sales of home warranty and energy-related products
- Assist customers with starting, stopping, or transferring utility services
- Demonstrate a high level of positivity and professionalism
