Responsibilities:

• Communication point of contact (internally and externally) for the department to assist with questions on items relating to department activities.
• Supervising, training and reviewing staff work of team members.
• Monitoring control processes.
• Leading new initiatives from identification, planning and testing to implementation.
• Administrative functions (reviews, hiring, training, etc).
• Managing relationships with software vendors utilized by the department.
• Oversee use tax reporting and escheatment processing.

Qualifications

• 5 plus year of large company accounts payable experience, including management experience
• Excellent communication skills 
• Bachelors Degree preferred
