- Establish and manage pricing on a quarterly basis or per commercial agreement.
- Maximize margin, grow profitability absolute $
- Identifies and maps key decision makers in customer's value chain
- Builds, maintains, and develops relationships with the key decision makers and influencers
- Listens to and understands the account's current and future (and value chain partners) specific needs as well as its position in the value chain and industry
- Develops account 3-5 years account plans in line with industry, application and product strategy
- Communicates the account plans with internal supportive functions
- Achieve account target or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinates activities with support functions: Market Development, Application Development, Product Technology, Customer Service
- Monitors and manages the customers project pipeline and document in CRM (Customer Relationship management) System
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience or MBA/Master's Degree with 4 years of experience
- 4 years’ experience in sales of Plastic Injection molding products to Tier 1 of the Automotive industry
- Strong sales capabilities and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed technical and sales skills are necessary in order to maintain credibility and respect at these large, multi-national companies
- Automotive Plastic Injection Molding grades sales experience required
- Experience making regular customer visits
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of company's internal structure, personnel and capabilities are welcome
- Ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas, both orally and written for conducting effective discussions with the accounts and personnel
- Excellent listening skills are required in order to fully address customer viewpoints and needs
- Effectively work across matrices and command respect of his/her peer group and the marketplace
- Ability to motivate, coach and direct a broad spectrum of people without having direct authority over them
- Ability/willingness to travel up to 50% - 75% for customer/office visits
- Candidate Must Have :
