Responsibilities / Job Duties:

· Find new customers for warehousing and/or transportation to fulfill the target amount of operational income

· Deliver the rates for the inquiries of potential customers

· Reply the new shipment or storage inquiries of the actual customers and freight forwarders

· Follow up the sent offers

· Manage to enter the customer and inquiry data to the used CRM Program

· Arrange new customer visits

· Work on trends and market research to develop target customers and markets

· Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly sales strategies

· Deliver the won business to the Operation team with necessary data

· Prepare the sales reports and responsible to participate the meetings and social activities those will be scheduled by the company management

· Demonstrate a commitment to conduct operations in accordance with the Safety, Health & Environmental program

· Annual budget planning and try the best to realize the figures

Requirements / Qualifications:

· Customer centric and solution targeted mindset

· Good understanding of logistics and customer needs.

· Knowledge of variables for transportation methods - warehouse needs and incoterms

· Ability to interact and work effectively with customer and vendors, always maintaining a high level of integrity.

· Provide guidance and feedback for improving sales skills of the sales team

Education / Experience:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in sales for Warehousing, 3PL related

· Management Experience

· Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (depending on the experience)
