Enrollment Coordinator / Sales Development Representative
iDanz Performing Arts Studio is Growing!
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as our Enrollment Coordinator
Estimated Hours Per Week: 20 (flexible but to include some weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends)
Pay: between $12 and $15 per hour depending on experience. Monthly bonuses commission based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
A high-energy candidate who enjoys interacting with people, both over the phone and in person.
The enrollment coordinator will work with the studio owner to ensure that current and new students alike feel welcomed and aware of all we have to offer.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
▪ Have direct interaction with current and potential students and their families
▪ Continuously update and improve the studio welcome and onboarding packets
▪ Engage in daily administrative and customer service tasks (i.e., managing trials, returning phone calls, etc.)
▪ Support the studio owner and other administrative staff in large projects and tasks
▪ Candidates will have:

1. Fulfill student enrollment goals each season and year
2. Support new students and families through the enrollment and onboarding process
3. Continue to train, evaluate and update the studio’s enrollment and onboarding systems and processes with the owners
4. Meet and exceed enrollment goals set by studio owner on a quarterly basis
