Air Pros is looking for personable and thorough Outbound Sales Representatives to sell our service to potential customers. The successful candidates will make outbound calls using a autodialer to current and potential customers to selling or upselling our service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
• Outbound Calls:
  • Reach out to potential customers to determine their overall interest and eliminate customers who aren?t interested in our services; take appropriate next steps
• Follow communication ?scripts?
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
• Keep records of all conversations in our database
• Meet personal and team targets
