The HR Generalist is the go-to person for all things payroll, benefits, and leaves of absence. The HR Generalist is also a well-rounded HR professional who can support other HR functions, programs and initiatives including wellness, employee recognition, employee file management and other special projects. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously, has meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and can think through problems critically. This is a highly visible role within the company that will work with multiple departments and levels of the organization. The ability to keep information confidential, while also providing first class customer service to all levels of the organization, is critical.
