Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Support in payroll tasks
• Support in AP and AR tasks
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
• Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner
• Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities
• Ensure office supply is available to management

Administrative Assistant Skills

• 2 years work experience in related field preferred
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Accurate record-keeping
• High organizational skills and the ability to follow procedures
• Multitasking, time management and flexibility
• Capability to work under pressure
• Ability to work well independently
• Team player
