Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle data entry tasks, and assist in office management duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and typing
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Manage office operations and maintain supplies inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Skills:
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry and clerical duties
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation
