Full-time Description The Administrative Assistant is responsible for developing and maintaining the processes needed to facilitate the delivery of client services. They also manage daily operations that support company quality expectations with regards to clients and staff, therapeutic standards, and business operations. The Administrative Assistant works collaboratively with the clinical director and managers to maintain a healthy company culture by assisting with tasks that support staff satisfaction. Essential components of this position are listed below but subject to change at the discretion of ABA INSIGHT. Knowledge and understanding of recipient rights.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Requirements This list is intended to provide a general understanding of the types of tasks that will be required; more job requirements/tasks may be added as needed.
Clinical Client Management including assisting area managers with client service delivery processes.
Finance including completing payroll bi-weekly for a staff of 70 , sending IRA and health insurance payments, sending invoices/receipts to HubDoc, paying bills monthly, maintaining check registers, assisting with audits, maintaining company budget, completing receivables report.
HR including assisting with onboarding, compliance tracking of trainings and other requirements, maintaining spreadsheets of staff information, create job postings in Paylocity, FTE reports, and working with benefit coordinators.
IT/Compliance including working with IT contractors to assist with related needs.
Compliancy and Regulations; CMH reporting, assisting with accreditation audits, tracking information to maintain CMH requirements.
Provide secretarial and administrative support as needed to the CEO.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma
Must be able to pass a background check, Recipient Rights background check.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting and standing) for extended periods of time.
Posses a valid driver's license.
Must have access to email and phone contact.
