Who You Are

As the Trust Administrative Assistant, you are the first impression to our clientele. The Trust Administrative Assistant will welcome our customers by greeting them as they enter the Trust & Investment Department lobby and answering all incoming telephone calls including trust maintenance, scheduling meetings or answering general account information.

Your Role

  • Serves as the central point of contact for the Trust & Investment Department. Greets clients, directs them to the appropriate conference room, and alerts the appropriate Trust and Investment personnel of their arrival.
  • Manages all incoming phone calls, messages and directing calls to the appropriate individual for inquires.
  • Maintains Trust accounts and creates correspondence when needed.
  • Pays Trust account bills, scans documents, processes address changes, compiles Trust packets, maintains unfunded Trust files, places office supply orders, maintains department coffee station and places coffee supply orders.
  • Supports Trust & Investment team as needed.
Experience and Skills:

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Associates degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to handle most customer service inquires
  • Ability to work with limited to no supervision in decision making.
  • Basic understanding of risk & controls with high attention to detail.
  • Service level driven.
