Clinical Nurse Supervisor/ Homecare Supervision.
We are actively seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our homecare nursing team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong knowledge in home health, long term care and/or outpatient therapy and has at least two years of clinical experience (but not required). *We are willing to Train Newly graduates with a current RN License*. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to think quickly on one's feet are a must-have for this opportunity.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor and supervise home health aides (HHA's) .
- Communicate medical information to office, staffing department Director of Clinical Services.
- Demonstrate basic first aid skills, as needed.
- Communicate with personnel, patients, and/or families during a crisis in both English and Chinese or Cantonese or Mandarin languages as needed.
- Teach patients about their medical condition and provide basic education on how to manage symptoms.
- Teach patients' family members how to care for the patient.
- Administer medications as directed by a medical practitioner.
- Complete patient assessments as needed
- Able to work in the Bronx or Queens as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Travel nursing
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
