Payroll Specialist (Homecare)
Humancare Home Health care is currently interviewing for an experienced Bilingual Russian Payroll Specialist for our Brooklyn Corporate Office.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment to our employees. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, knowledge of payroll management systems, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities:

- Process payroll for employees using HHA exchange /payroll plateforms (willing to train)

- Calculate and enter employee hours, overtime, bonuses, and commissions

- Review timesheets for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies

- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations

- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies

- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and deductions

- Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data in payroll system

- Generate payroll reports for management review

- Maintain accurate records of employee information, tax withholdings, and deductions

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters

Qualifications:

- Payroll Specialist, Accounting experience or related field preferred

- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role

- HHA Excahnge and Salesforce payroll management systems

- Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes is a

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

- Bilingual communicating in Russian, English both written and verbal

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
