The Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision to our Other Licensed Practitioners (OLP Clinicians) who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a families' strengths!

This is a remote, fee-for-service position, 10-15 hours a week.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, or related human services field and coursework that meets state requirements for LCSW license
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of NY is required
• Minimum 2 year of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Compensation:

• Fee for Service: $60 - $65 per hour
